Each event has its own specific requirements and needs a customised approach, not an off-the-shelf solution. Responding to the specific requirements of each event is something Eventuate aims to achieve.
When we took on the role of organising the annual Markhams Continuing Education Conference, we were pleased to be able to deliver an event which suited our new client’s specific requirements. Eventuate asked questions and listened – then adapted to provide the necessary organisational arrangements. This included: coordination with office representatives from throughout NZ, airport transfers, specific accommodation requirements, and social event arrangements.
Markhams also requested Eventuate to supply an MC and programme facilitation – services that we have years of experience in providing.
Numbers of delegates attending the conference this year increased. Eventuate responded by designing a more convenient delegate registration system with an accurate record of session selection, accessible by the convener. We pursued high calibre presenters and communicated clearly and fully to all involved about all the practical details.
We feel honoured to have gained Markhams’ confidence and commendation for future event organisation. Our ability to be flexible to client needs and maintain high standards of communication are important aspects of our commitment to Markhams. |
