Christmas is a very special time of year – so Eventuate staff go out of their way to design an event which has a huge community impact on people of all ages. Eventuate provides its services free of charge: staff assist with event management in conjunction with a local committee.
Since 1993 our staff have been instrumental in this type of event, involving crowds of up to 18,000 people. The challenge has been to suitably motivate a large team of volunteers while at the same time provide a top-line professional event within strict budget constraints.
Eventuate staff’s years of experience with community events has provided the basis for their success and growth. We are delighted that Eventuate has been part of developing a truly memorable event that celebrates Christmas with the community, combining some of NZ’s best on-stage talent with the exuberance, commitment and excitement of local volunteers.
